Terms of Use Packages are restricted to services listed and cannot be customized. Special requests will be considered as submitted. Package quotas are final and non-transferrable. Any service overages incurred will automatically be billed at the rates listed. All external fees incurred on behalf of a client will be billed automatically. These include and are not limited to postage, deliveries, stationary etc Mail All client mail received is accumulated and forwarded on a weekly basis. Mail can be collected from our office during regular business hours and clients may request that mail be opened, scanned and emailed if desired. Phone & Answering Service You will be provided a 380-XXXX telephone number. All messages received will be forwarded as received via email. Requires 48-72 hours setup time. Clients may distribute their given virtual office information at will. All Client information is confidential unless requested or otherwise allowed. All Services are prepaid and are due in advance on the first day of each month. Accounts not paid will result in an immediate suspension of services.
